Which roles can I use in Visma Autopay?

To use Autopay, you need an assigned role. Roles determine which pages and functions you can view and edit in the system, making administration both safer and simpler. A user can hold several roles simultaneously.

You assign roles in Flex HRM under System register > Autopay for bank payments.

If you use the Visma.net business system, you can also assign roles directly in Visma.net Admin. Please note that there are more roles in Autopay than required for bank payments via Flex HRM.
