Reminder

With overtime monitoring in Flex HRM, you can easily keep track of employees’ overtime to ensure you do not require more overtime than allowed.

Settings

You can set rules for overtime monitoring based on your collective agreement. The settings for overtime monitoring can be found under Settings > Time and Plan > Time groups > Time tab. Specify how much overtime/additional time Male employees may have per period and year, as well as how much time can be deducted for taken time off in lieu. The period limit can apply per month, two months, or week.

Please note that if Total time taken out is maximized to is set to undefined, it means the same as if the field were left blank. This means that no limit has been set and all time taken out is counted.

If there are agreements for employees allowing overtime waivers, you can register this for each employee under Employee register > Time tab.

Under Settings > Time and Plan > Time codes you can set which time codes should be counted as overtime, additional time, and time taken out in overtime monitoring.

Reminders for overtime

You can set up reminders to be sent as email or Notification in HRM Mobile when an employee exceeds a particular overtime limit. You create reminders under Settings > General > Reminders. Once a reminder has been sent out for an employee who has reached the specified limit, Flex HRM will not continue to remind for the same person.

Authorisation

Anyone who wants to see the Overtime monitoring panel must have a role with authorisation to access the panel. In the panel, users can see the employees for whom they are authorized to view time reports.
