⚙️Panels in Dashboard - How do the shared panel settings in Dashboard work?

You will find the settings for the panels under Administration > System register > Dashboard > Panels.

Employment selection

All types of panels are based on Employment type Employee, i.e. they look not at External personnel, and they also only include reviewed employments. There is an exception, for the panel Release to invoicing which also includes External personnel.

Show the mean

Sums all bars/points in the line and divides by the number of bars/points.

Is available for the types Number of employees, Number of full time positions (FTP), Amount released for invoicing, Average employment time, Mean age, Employee turnover and Sick leave.

Maximum number to display

Used for the types Form of Employment, End of employment cause and Position

Limits how many bars or pie slices are displayed. The view is based on the largest number of Types of employment / End of employment causes / Positions.

Values that are not displayed as their own bars/pie slices are grouped under a bar/pie slice called Other. In Other the bar/pie slice for None (employees without Form of Employment / End of employment cause / Position) is also included.

Include earlier

Used for the types Form of Employment, End of employment cause and Position.

Standard settings (not ticked) will only include the latest Type of employment / End of employment cause / Position in the date interval, that is, only one for each employee.

If ticked, all Types of employment for all of an employee’s employment periods within the date interval are included.

Rounding

Note that decimal numbers are always rounded to two decimal places.

Graph - Staple/Circle

Used for the types Form of Employment, End of employment cause and Position.

Based on the employee’s employment and end of employment date.

Example for Form of Employment:

If the fields are as below, this means that no date interval is set and the current Form of Employment (today) will be found.

With the example below, the most recent current Form of Employment during the selection period, i.e. the current month, will be fetched.

Graph - Staple/Line

Used for the types Number of employees, Number of full time positions (FTP), Amount released for invoicing, Average employment time, Mean age, Employee turnover and Sick leave.

Based on today’s date and looks at all complete periods backwards.

Example with 24 years back where today’s date equals 2023-02-10:
First period: 1999-01-01 - 1999-12-31
Last period: 2022-01-01 - 2022-12-31

Example with 24 months back where today’s date is 2023-02-10:

First period: 2021-02-01 - 2021-02-28
Last period: 2023-01-01 - 2023-01-31
